CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Baseline Improvements
Not every clubhouse needs major renovation. However, the continued success of building our membership to over 14,000 youth annually takes its toll on buildings and grounds. Clubhouses need new mechanical equipment, carpet, furnishings and working capital.

Architectural Renovations and Remodeling
Plans include a New Mt. Airy Club, renovating the Jerry Gamble and East Side Clubs, building a new West Side Club fieldhouse and improvements to Voyageur Environemental Center.
